RSS feed News/video extension and layout

Hi Neo,

I know I've asked this question in a variety of ways, but I wanted to know if it's at all possible, say even with an extension, to get the kind of layout that news google or yahoo has, with an extension that allows rss feed & images and click through to video?

Google, of course, does it the way I like it:
Google News

I probably should know this by now -- but you have to remember that I didn't even know what a joomla was a year ago!

Thanks....:) Dee
