Can Joomla replicate pages based on new user and add custom Google links?

I am new to Joomla and, before I begin this project, I wanted to know if it was possible to do the following in Joomla:

I need to create a site like About.com and need the following.

1) When I add a new user to write articles, that they get a replicated page automatically and they just have to add their content. For example, I have to writers and they both get a replicated page for themselves that have all the same sub-categories and they can just add their content.

2) When a replicated page is created, the Google ads links will be automatically generated for them with a code.

Is this possible? If so, how?

Thanks for any info you can provide.
