How do i access (MODIFY) the copyright on the left hand corner of the joomla hosting template page?

I removed a part of the copyright, but I cant seem to find where
\Joomla! is Free Software released under the GNU General Public License\ part is?

The other problem is I dont know how to change the heading text for the customer support and uptime Guarantie at the bottom of the main joomla hosting template page?

Any ideas on how I could change this, it dosent seem to be connected to the gif picture...
