YouBooks for J 3.x or another template with same subject

I have a publishing house and wish to use YouBooks template for it. But as you say, this template is obsolete. Please think about a renewal of it or another template with the same subject. Please give me an answer with your opinion about this issue.

bud , template is obsolete because we cant provide demos for it due to issues with VM , but the template itself is available for J3x
