all looks ok, but videos dont play

I have disabled the mootools in the module and also turned off moomenu in templates template manager. The path is correct to the video (media/yjmovie). Im wondering what it could be. Any ideas why the video doesnt show up nor play, just black screen.
THanks for a nice component. Btw Im testing this before I spend money on the pro version.

I have the same issue and I have bought the component. Unfortunately, I cannot add a new post in the folder for shop customers. My paypal transaction ID is 5EX17396JF006703K

I have disabled mootools and I have checked the folder permissions but still nothing. I would appreciate your help.

Videos dont play. I can hear the voice but there is no picture on video player. I chagned permission to 777 and its still the same problem. What needs to be done.

I will try this again ,
1.I cant troubleshoot without site link or example,
2. in purchase email you are advised to registered as specific user and use specific forums,
3. forum rules clearly says to start new thread ,

now I will change your user level but please follow other suggestions
