instock problem

I buy Instock template but I have a problem..an eror.. on head is this script:
Notice: A session had already been started - ignoring session_start() in D:\wamp\www\joomla1\templates\instock\styleswitche r.php on line 21
template ."/head.php");?>
Also I can't change the colour in green or black i have a nother eror template ."/tools.php");?>

What to do? thank's man
