Purchased YouVida but i can download YouTrader

i Just purchased YouVida Template and i can see it in my active subscribtions but in my download section there is only YouTrader Template related files.

I want to download what i purchased not another template. And customer support is terrible becase i cant diretly contact to you for a product that i paid for!

When you log in youjoomla.com you can see your dashboard and as you can see in your downloads there is the template your purchased. When you purchase the template in the zip file you get the Demo,Template and PSD source of that template.

Tell me what the heck what you just said had to do with my issue.

I am telling you i have subscribbed and paid for "YouVida Template" not "YouTrader". In my Dashboard i can see what i purchased for: YouVida. But when i click on the Download Section i see files for "YouTrader Template"
