Looking for the perfect template/dashboard

I'm looking for a template for a video games portal. I'm looking around all over and I'm finding some interest, like YouGames.

The thing is, I would like to know more how it works, how can we post information, how much do we've to pay so we can change logo, to give our own names do the bars and how the dashboard works, if it fits nice for a video game portal contenet manager.

I don't know if I'm making myself clear. But I would like to know some offers, full prices, well, to know a bit more to be sure I will make the right buy. That's why I spent all day searching everything around.
