Will we be able to intermiongle our products, cars and detailed information with the vehicles or would we replace the vehicles with our info?

I assume we can add unlimited pages but can each page assume a different style, layout, text, colors etc.?

Can we assign unique sub domains to pages and how is the template search engine friendly?

I am a joomla rookie, what typs of supports included?

With respect to individuality, are a fixed number of templates sold?

Well my friend all questions are answered with 1 word.
JOOMLA! it is versatile and you can do what ever you like. As for Elegance , it is a template that you can change how ever you like and add as many addons to it. It is SEO friendly and we inserted additional SEO features that can be configured in admin backend. however you still have the team to help you with all bumps in the road :)
