Date and time setting

I have a question about the countdown settings : is it possible to set a precise time for a designated day and time (eg. 3-1-2014-12:30am) ?

If you put the date inside the module it will calculate the hours until that day and it will be shown. If you have to show the precise time i am sure it can be done but you have to change the core files and that would be new version of the module.
