Greetings, and welcome to the forums. :)

Which template was installed?

kibrom2 06-11-2010 08:59 AM

It's template for hosting ..Look at the below link

Hi - It looks like you might have an older version of this template installed. Please download and install the latest version.

kibrom2 06-11-2010 09:13 AM

I used to be a member at youjoomla but not anymore, so i can not download the latest version template ..all i have it the one you installed for me at my hosting server, I just want to edit the default information offline and run it.

I become a member at your site to get only this template but still could not edit it off line .

regards

Hi - Your username indicates you just joined in June 2010. Without a current club membership or support plan in place, the support team cannot support you on club products.

kibrom2 06-11-2010 09:31 AM

I have created this account(kibrom2) post my problem on this forum, but when i buy the membership my user was KIBROM I did not know i could use that user name now to post problems....shall I relog in using the membership user and post the problem again?

jaycburton 06-11-2010 09:35 AM

Hi - Sure, you could have still used that username. The membership associated with that name expired almost one year ago. As I mentioned previously, you would need a current/active membership or support plan in place to receive assistance from the support team on the product you inquired about.

How much does it cost the support service for this specific problem?

jaycburton 06-11-2010 10:24 AM

Hi - The least expensive support package that also allows you to download the latest template and extension updates is $55 for a 3-month subscription. You can order by going here: Youjoomla Signup
