Finally! Problem SOLVED!

If someone got the same problem as me with the upload of bigger files do that:
in php.ini also increased the post_max_size variable from 8MB to anything you want ;-)

Well... I gave the permissions 777 to directories:
/public_html/seyretfiles/uploads
/public_html/seyretfiles/uploads/thumbnails
/public_html/seyretfiles/uploads/videos
