Come on, tell on yourself, and potentially help others in the community. What is the dumbest thing you ever did with regards to your installation and role as a Joomla administrator?

Please do not post anything that poses a risk to your (or other) sites, nor anything that personally identifies you. We're not looking to help any of the nefarious types trolling the forums, just soliciting some painful lessons so others can hopefully avoid them.
