Fresh Install - No Sample Data - XML Error

Hey All,

I just bought your INSTOCK template and when I go to install the sample data to make it look like your demo I get a xml issue and wont load the date. All I get is the blank page with.well pretty much nothing.

What is to be done to resolve this problem? I have installed many joomlas and this is the first time I have encountered the problem. I would like this resolved please.
