Hi,
Ive purchased a 1 Year YouJoomla Platinum Plan
with this id 25834-SFR
Paypal receipt: 2065-5897-9821-8210
The payment is done.
Ive never received a password activation by mail so in the meanwhile, I did the change password procedure and received the link without problems at the same mail !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cant access anything!
My membership panel is not updated!
So I have created another free account from which I am writing!
Please help!

I have still not received activation for my download which I purchased on 5th November. The money has been taken but I have no template. This is not only inconvient but is costing money as this is a work site we are setting up. I have sent emails to your help address but I have heard nothing in the five days since I purchased the template. Please can you sort this out as soon as possible!

@ trsvyw you keep on entering wrong email address on purchase or when you contact us , whitelist our emails ,and contact us with correct email address, and read forum rules
