[SOLVED] \... or use our products as a selling point.

Hi,
I want to become a member and, reading your FAQ, I found this statement:

\You may not claim either intellectual or undivided ownership to any of our products, changed or unadapted, you may not resell or use our products as a selling point.\

My concern is about the last part: \... or use our products as a selling point.\ Because I effectively intend to use your templates (customized, of course!) as online shops.

Could you explain? Since, if I do it, I would certainly transgress your policy.

Hello Gene, reason we have that statemant is that we had a customer who downloaded our demos, setup a site with our demos and started selling them, so when we say \or use our product as a selling point\ we mean that you cannot resell our demo sites ,templates extensions ect. or set them up on your server to use as a selling point, you can modify templates, for example you have customer who needs a TV GUIDE , you would use our TV GUIDE adjust it a bit and set up site for your customer, but you are not allowed to setup a demo of TV GUIDE on your site and advertise as your product like we do because we do not give resell rights to any of our products at this time.
