What is the process of getting a replacement Temaplate...?


I was a member for 6 months and I need two of the templates that I downlaoded when I was a paying member and I am trying to find out what is the process?

I am reqiured to rejoin or does your system have a record of the templates I downloaded which would allow me to downlaod the TV Guide Template again?

I have checked the rules and there is nothing posted on replacement templates for former members... If I can not download directly can I have the 1.5 TV Guide Template email to me...

I am still trying to get answer to my earlier email and post... What is the process of getting a replacement template? Someone should be able to give me some kinder feed back...?

Hello Margaret , sorry we missed your post ,
there is nothing posted on replacements since that is not a club feature or option ,the support and downloads are offered only during your membership time.
