Adding a module to header

Hello to all

Im using My Photo template. I need help adding a module where the tools are located. Tool (font size..etc.) its located on the top right hand corner. The module is a shout cast module that is showing users online, what track is currently playing and a Play button. Should I just copy the code in the mod_shoutcast and paste it where the tools are located ...replacing it with the shoutcast code? Please, any help is appreciated.
