Need help with sizing the window that opens...

I have MP3 files that I am playing. When users click on the hyperlink it opens a full screen. In the demo for MP3 files I like the 2"x3" window that pops up instead of a full screen. how do I make that happen?

My code currently reads the following:

<li><span style="background-color: initial;">Listen to response on building moral. An excellent question from young manager&nbsp;in Lagos, Nigeria&nbsp;</span><img style="background-color: initial;" src="images/flags/nigeria_small.gif" alt="nigeria small" /><span style="background-color: initial;">&nbsp;- West Africa.&nbsp; Here we discuss how to improve team moral. The conversation begins where he explains that the company has been in business for 10 years. (Length 2:14 Recorded August 20th, 2014) </span><a style="background-color: initial;" href="Conversations/nigerian-young-manager2.mp3">Click here to play the audio.</a></li>

Dora
